Paypal offers support for multiple credit cards, and I believe VISA is included. Have you tried to order using the paypal website? An account isn't needed.

Egypt is not listed in the checkout page can i buy it from IPB website ?

A quick google search reveals that Paypal does not currently support Egypt (which means you'll also have difficulty trying to purchase the skin from the Invision site). An alternative is Moneybookers (http://moneybookers.com/app/)
