I just bought two skins and I'm having a problem. However I can't acces the customer support area. It says I don't have permission. What could be the problem?

It seems to me that you are still in the Member group, which means either the payment didn't go through, or it is still processing.

It's happened numerous times in the past, and I believe it's a bug with Nexus (Invisions shopping cart script). I've just upgraded it manually for you :)
