Custom Skin?

I requested a custom skin a while ago and never heard back from anyone... Anyway, I'm looking for a skin for my forums (www dot fragxperts dot com /forums) which have the default ipboard template skin currently. My main website is www dot fragxperts dot com and I would like the skin to somewhat match that, but use a light skin instead of dark. I have logos and all that jazz but am looking for something really cool.

Since I already requested one, I'm looking for any ideas someone might have or could assist with in getting a custom skin made. Thanks!
