I bought a design, now where is it? I assume that your not manually checking each payment ? I was exepecting instant download.

You just have to be patient and wait for Ehren to sign on and approve you. He does manually approve each purchase I believe. Just be patient and he will take care of you soon enough.

How long will it take before I can get the files?

Premade skins are available for download on the forums after your order has been verified. The maximum waiting time will be 24 hours - however, it is usually much faster.

Something like that is not supposed to be in the FAQ, but at the order page. If i had knew that, then i wouldn't have ordered.

The 'manually verify' method is used on most skinning sites to ensure that no fraud payments (or unwanted customers) purchase the skins.

The waiting time is always less than 24 hours, and is usually either instant or within a couple of hours. I'm in Australia so many times when payments arrive, I'm asleep.
