"Reverse" custom theme

Looking to host a static website along side my forum. Is it possible to use an ipsfocus theme on my forum and have a matching theme for my static website? Kind of like a "reverse" custom theme? Instead of making the forum theme match my existing website I want to make a static website match my ipsfocus forum theme.

I’d really recommend the Pages application. You can create static pages using that app and those pages will automatically match your theme - plus you’ll get all of the other benefits such as the user panel which wouldn’t be easy on a static site. You can either use HTML, CSS and Javascript to create the page - or you can use a drag/drop interface.

It would be a much cheaper solution than trying to convert a theme into a static page.
