I recently purchased the shift theme from market place came here and cannot see the customers forums or there isn't any theme in my client downloads or any thing in there that I have purchased the theme orders ect. so how can I see the customers forums if I am a customer.  thanks for any help on this.

I've just upgraded your account to customer status, so you'll now have access to all categories.

With that said, the Marketplace and this site aren't in sync, so if you've purchased a theme from the marketplace, you'll only be able to renew/manage your order from there.

I hope that clears up any confusion!
