I would love to buy the theme uniform but first I need to know something important

A friend uses that theme and I really don't know if the problem is the theme or the platform itself, but the problem is very tedious ...

When you add a custom icon, the forum through a png image in the desktop computer browser looks perfect, but on mobile devices they look gigantic and distort the entire forum structure, why is that?

If I use 32 x 32 px png images, they are too small for the desktop browser, if I use 64 px onwards, the graphics on mobile devices are already distorted.
