How can i get support? Error problem

Hi, im a customer but dont have access to the "customer only" forums.

I just buyed the Subway theme from de Marketplace on my ForumAdmin (Order #154077).

I have this error when the theme was automatic installed:

[[Template core/front/global/userBar is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

Nevermind. I think this error is because im using 4.5 instead of 4.6.

But even so, i would like do have access to the customer only forums.

Welcome to ipsfocus.

That's correct - using a 4.6 theme on the 4.5 software will cause that error. I'm glad you were able to upgrade your software
