Discount on custom themes?

Hello Ehren. A discount is possible for a new custom theme (light modified) too?  At least 25% ? 

I need some modifications on default themes (colors, rounded corners and width changes maybe)...

I wonder between major version from 4 to IPS 5 for example, the upgrade price?

How much you've asked from 3 to IPS 4 for example?

Full price? Or half price or 1/4 of full price?

It typically changes depending on the theme and how complex they are. Upgrades are generally much cheaper than new themes though.
