Pay with debit or credit card

Hello, is there any way to pay with debit or credit card, but without PayPal account and without creation of PayPal account?
PayPal forces me to register... i don't see any way to skip "Create your PayPal account".

Depending on your country, there should be a credit card option (powered by Stripe) during checkout. If that’s not available, please let me know what country you’re in and I’ll be happy to look into it for you.

I am from Latvia. There is option, but you can't make payment without creation of PayPal account. I don't want to create PayPal account.
