Hello,

1. I'm not sure what that application is. I'd suggest checking the IPS Marketplace.

2. That can be achieved using Blocks which come with Invision Community

3. You'd need to create your own group prefix/suffix and style it using css. I don't have a copy/paste solution for you, but it should only require some fairly simple css.
