custom hex colors for Elegant?

Hi Ehren,

I'm considering investing in your Elegant theme, but wanted to know if one could specify a specific hex colour code for the default site color (or base color, for variants) ?  I have a specific color I want to use for my business (stationery, etc) and want a certain amount of uniformity.  It looks like you can do this from the theme description, but since I can't see the adminCP theme options I thought I'd ask.  Thanks!
