Theme help - Origin dark (Fix header)

Hi guys

I would like some help, I have some problems with the theme I'm using (Theme: Origin (Dark)).

As shown in the image below, my logo is cutting the header, I would like somehow to fit it better so that the menus can stay in the correct places.

Also when I go down the forum, the banner accompanies the scroll of the mouse, I would like to fix it in the top.
