Buying off non-custom skins

This is what I mean, you know how you can purchase a custom skin for around $100 from this site, and it is the only copy given out. Say someone liked a skin that was already put out, would that person allowed to purchase the skin for around as much as it would cost to get a custom template, and then have it removed from the database, so that no one after that point could purchase it?

I would guess that their will be custom/premium template seperate to the usual skins, but in this case i'm sure an arrangement could be made .

If it's a public skin, then I'm not sure how much it would go for because other people would have purchased it before hand. Also, if it's a popular skin, then it may go for well into the hundreds.

Also keep in mind that I will be making 'exclusive' skins, meaning they will only be sold about 10 times, and that's it; so they will be unique to only a few sites
