what theme is this ?

i am woundering what ips focus theme this is because i cannot see the theme with this header? and if i purchased the same theme could some one tell me how to make the same header as that?

Hello,

That forum is using the Villain theme. The header has been customized by the owners of that site using their own HTML and CSS. 

I don’t have a copy/paste solution to achieve the same layout as that site, however I offer customization services if you’re interested in having a similar (but not identical) layout as them.

Customizations are based on an hourly rate. Something like this certainly wouldn't be $300
