Titan Theme Image Storage?

I have several custom images uploaded to my 4.2 Titan theme. I am upgrading to IPS 4.3 and Titan 4.3. I have most of these images stored on my desktop, but a couple were uploaded by my co-Admin who has since left my site and cut off contact.

Where does Titan store the images - such as forum icons - after they are uploaded? Also, is there a way for me to access these images if a site is not self-hosted (if you know, this might be an IPS question).

My site IPS Community not self-hosted.

Simply visit your forum, right click the image and save it to your computer. If it's a background image, you can still save them, you just need to use the web inspector to find the URL (or use Firefox which has a "View background image" option in the right-click menu).
