I do not, i dont think there are any tutorials like that due to IPB has a layout that you just modify. I dont pre-make any layouts for skins in photoshop that require me to to heavy coding.

Nice color and image use, but I have 2 problams:

1) Border between the forums is to light for my taste.

2) Your "Board Icon Legend" looks dorky being where it is at. You should put it directly under the Board Statistics section (see example here: http://www.ipb-skins.net/i2/ ; just scroll to bottom).
