Customer Group?

I made a purchase through IPB's market place and I'm trying to get moved into the customer group. (I'd like to view the tutorials for default color settings) I made a purchase a few days ago and haven't heard from the support team. (Not a huge deal as we've purchased IPS themes in the past, I know customer support is normally top notch) 

If there are any admins on the board, could someone please kindly move me into the customer group
