Go to AdminCP>SYSTEM>SETTINGS>IPS LICENCE KEY

Check the license key status. Refresh it if needed. If that still has an error you may be using an invalid ips key.

Try contacting support via admincp>System>support but if that is not possible due to the lack of licence key you will need to Contact ips via their website.
