Solution Ehren Posted May 28, 2016 Solution Posted May 28, 2016 Hello, All themes on this site are part of a 6 monthly subscription You purchased your theme back in October 2015, and it expired on April 15, 2016. You'll just need to renew if you wish to download the latest version
Rob Pearson Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 I am having this same problem. I bought two skins on the 31/01/2016 but when to log in today and it stated that no account existed with my email. I wanted to use the customer section as i have a bug with the villian skin but i am unable to do so.

Hi Rob, As mentioned in the grey bar at the top of the site, ipsfocus was recently upgraded to version 4 and is experiencing some issues with customer accounts (including some deleted accounts). IPS has created their own custom script to rectify the problem, and it'll hopefully be sorted within the next few hours.

We are hoping to launch Sunday. Glad this will be sorted so i can report this By the way love your themes!

If the customer issue isn't fixed by then, I'll just send you the theme files by email 1
Rob Pearson Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 Hey @Ehren I are currently in the process of working with IPB to transfer our domain today and looking to finalise our website. I would be gratefully appreciative if you could email me those files to fix the profile song bug on the villian theme
