Premade IPB Skin: Checkered - Static Pages?

Hello everybody.

Is it possible to add static pages to the menu for static content like an impressum or something like this? you know what I mean? and do this static pages - if the are possible - appear on the menu next to the other menu links (gallery, forums and others)? I hope you could help me because I would like to buy this skin.

Yes - adding links to the menu is possible and they will appear next to the existing links (Home, Forums, Members, Gallery, etc).

and I write the content off this static pages in the ACP somewhere right? or are they just links to another page? and would it be possible to add a real link like 'Wiki' and if someone clicks on that they will be redirected to my wiki?

The static content feature can't be included with skins since skins only change the design of the forum.

If you want to create a static page which looks like your forum (ie. the Checkered skin), you'll need to use a modification or IP.Content.

The wiki link is fine, as long as you already have the wiki setup.

ok thx for the answer. I know that skins can only change the design of the site but I don't know a lot about this system but I want to ask all questions I have before I invest money into this.

So with IP.Content I can make normal pages like I currently can do in my wordpress-blog? right?

Yes - although I haven't used it myself so maybe ask at the Invision forums if you have any questions about IP.Content

I've got another question. Is it possible to add another menu-button (like 'Chat' and the other menulinks)?

Yes - it is possible to add any menu links to the menu.

and is it possible to expand the skin to the full-width? because when I saw the preview screenshots I noticed that it is in the center of the window and only with 60% or something like that.

Yes, it can be expanded to any width. The screenshots are images, so I had to make them viewable for all resolutions which meant reducing their width to 990 pixels.
