as on this image, you can make the top of the board as like bottom?

The first question is possible, although it does require quite a bit of work.. You'll need to create new images, new css classes, and modify the HTML.. You may have trouble if you don't have a great knowledge of css/html though..

The second question just requires one basic css edit.
