ips4.3 Increase ranking image size

Can I enlarge this field as shown in the image below?
because I noticed that the images of administrator and founder are wider but the images of the rankings are smaller,

I tried to find it in the css but I can't see where I can leave the size of the admin cards.

as much as I sent them bigger when I sent them, the IPS decreases them. Is there a way to change that?

I would be grateful if you can give me a light, I use the dimension theme.
